Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your P.Louise products, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed condition and within the 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique RMA authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit and include your order note inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
